2. Our team will arrange a pickup (where available) or guide you on self-shipping.

3. Once received, products undergo a quality check.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If you received a defective/damaged item, full refund including shipping will be issued.
