4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and location.
  • Any delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Certain items (e.g., innerwear, customized products, clearance items) may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after quality check.
